Dear ACS Families,
Welcome to the Lower School! Whether you're a longtime member of our school family or just discovering us for the first time, I'm so glad you're here.
This year, our Lower School is rooted in the theme Farm Fresh Faith — a year spent walking through the fruit of the Spirit together, month by month, as a school family. Our theme verse, 2 Peter 3:18, calls us to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that's exactly our prayer for this year: that your children would grow in knowledge and grace. Just like a good harvest, spiritual growth takes patience, care, and consistent tending. Our hope is that as your children grow academically, they'll also grow in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control — the kind of fruit that lasts far beyond the classroom.
I count it a privilege to serve your children and your families this year. Every day in our hallways, I see teachers who care deeply, students who are curious and kind, and a community that feels like home. My prayer is that this will be a year where your child is known, loved, and challenged to grow — in mind and in faith.
